Indoor Map & Wayfinding IN-VENUE KIOSKS · MALLS · RETAIL · TRANSIT

Help visitors find
their way.

A touch kiosk that shows the venue's floor maps, lets visitors search stores and facilities, and draws the route from where they are standing. The same screen carries venue news, events and tenant promotions, on-screen surveys and feedback forms — and paid advertising, on schedule.

Floor maps

The venue, level by level.

Each floor is drawn to the real layout — units, anchors, escalators, lifts and facilities in the places visitors expect them. Switching level keeps the visitor oriented: the kiosk's own position stays marked on every floor.

Search

Find a store, a toilet, an exit.

Visitors type a name or browse a category — stores, food, facilities, services. Every result shows the level and how far it is, and leads straight to the route. The directory is maintained centrally, so a new tenant appears on every kiosk at once.

Routes

The way there, from right here.

Pick a destination and the kiosk draws the path from its own position, across levels where needed, with the escalator or lift marked and a walking time. The visitor reads it, remembers it and goes — nothing to install, nothing to sign in to.

Starts at the kiosk — the route begins where the visitor is standing, not at a generic entrance.
Across levels — the change of floor is part of the route, with the escalator or lift shown.
Walking time — a realistic estimate, so people know whether to hurry.

Same screen, two jobs

A wayfinder that also runs as DOOH.

When nobody is using the map, the kiosk plays scheduled content like any other DOOH screen — and can collect answers, with surveys and feedback forms on the same playlists, channels and play logs. One installation, a service for visitors and a surface the venue can sell.

Surveys & feedback

Ask visitors, while they are still here.

Put a short survey or feedback form on the kiosk — a rating, a multiple choice, a free comment. Visitors answer in a few taps, without an app or a login, and the venue reads the results by kiosk, by day and by question.

Short by design — one to three questions, so people actually finish them.
Scheduled like content — run a form for a week, on the kiosks you choose, then stop it.
Answers you can act on — results per kiosk and per day, next to what was playing.
Why venues install it

Value for visitors, value for the venue.

01

Visitors get there faster

A clear answer at the point of confusion — less wandering, fewer missed stores, a calmer visit.

02

Fewer questions at the desk

Routine directions move to the kiosk, so staff spend their time on the things only staff can do.

03

One directory to maintain

Tenants change, units move — update once and every kiosk in the venue shows the new listing.

04

Managed in Screen CMS

The kiosks are devices like any other — connection status, content sync, schedules, remote control and play logs.

05

Sellable as DOOH

The same slots can be sold programmatically through TRUE SSP, alongside the rest of the venue's screens.

06

Retail Media surface

For retailers, the kiosk is another in-venue placement tenants and brands can buy in a Retail Media plan.
